First of all, the client service was absolutely on point. David wasn't sure about a detail in my order so got in touch with me directly. This reassured me that if I had an issue, I would get answer quickly. That said, I didn't have any issues and even received the watch much much sooner than expected.
The watch itself (Kato) is an absolute beauty. It doesn't take that much time to get used to reading it so it very quickly became my daily watch. The quality of the materials seems great (checked over by my partner who worked for a high-end watchmaker), and the bracelet's leather is lovely and supple.
