It isn't often that I write reviews. I reserve it for things that truly impressed me. Humism's watches and customer service have warranted me taking time out of my day to leave them this glowing review.
Like a good painting, or music that inspires the soul, these watches seem to take the best of human engineering, and combine it with sublime art to produce something that I can only say is equivalent to the Ferrari of watches. I cannot stop admiring them everyday. Superb design and artisanal enough to evoke emotions. They surely are a conversation piece in any room you enter. I like their watches so much that I bought 2.
I have searched most of the internet for automatic watches and nothing came close to the design, beauty and elegance of the first Kato 39mm watch I bought from Humism. Having used it for a month. I was searching for more designs. The one that truly evoked another reaction from me was the Edumonia Helios. Sadly as it was out of stock I couldn't really purchase it. This is when I contacted their customer service to let them know how much this watch meant to me and how I was looking for that specific model, though it was discontinued. Whoever is Raymond Boutros manager give the man a raise! He is undoubtedly the best customer service person I've interacted with at any company. He patiently took the time to answer all of my questions over the past month, and find a watch I was looking for in the warehouse. Over many conversations I was able to finally get my Edumonia Helios today and I can't tell you how much I'm impressed by it and with Ray's diligent and patient followup with me. 5 out of 5 stars for customer service. And another 5 if i could give for the watches themselves.
Thank you to the entire Humism team. Y'all have a one of a kind product and I hope you continue making great watches! If you're open to suggestions, I'd love to see a future watch from your design studio that changes colors based on seasons, or patterns that change based on the time of day if those were feasible to design and manufacture.
