Your watch undertakes a long odyssey around the world to meet you. It is our job to make that journey as comfortable and safe as possible for your watch, before it finds its new home.
We offer free shipping worldwide for orders above $80. For orders below $80, we charge $12.50 per shipment.
Orders take around 1-2 working days to be processed and shipped out. We ship our watches from our fulfillment warehouse in Hong Kong.
Shipments to the U.S., U.K., Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, and Singapore takes around 5-9 working days.
For the rest of the world, it takes around 9-18 working days.
During checkout, you can choose to upgrade to express shipping, which takes 3-5 working days, for the flat price of $19.80.
Please allow for longer delivery times during holiday seasons. Please also expect delays during times of crisis such as covid-19, as many flights have been disrupted.
There are a few countries, mainly in South America and Africa that we do not ship to. Drop us an email if you reside in these countries.
You will receive an email confirmation of your order after payment. It takes around 2 to 3 working days after payment for us to receive your package's tracking number from the courier, which we will forward to you in a second email.
Please note, for the free shipping option, some couriers hand over the package to the local postal service when it arrives in the destination country. For instance, if your package is shipped by DHL eCommerce, you will receive two tracking numbers, one from DHL eCommerce for the international leg of the shipment, and one from your local postal service for the local leg of the shipment. You can view both tracking numbers on your tracking page at DHL eCommerce.
You should contact your local postal service with your local tracking number if your package's status has not been updated for more than 5 working days after arrival in your destination country. Such delays may occur if the package is being held by customs. It is your responsibility to contact your local postal service to track your package and resolve possible difficulties.
Unfortunately, while we do ship for free worldwide, we will not be able to cover possible duties and taxes that might be incurred when your package arrive in your home country, which you might have to pay before you can collect your package.
If you are in the United States, packages below US$800 are duty-free. If you are in Australia, packages below AU$1000 are duty free. If you are in Hong Kong, there will be no duties incurred.
For all other countries, we advise you check your country's customs policies on international shopping. Delays may occur if customs decide to hold on to your package.

If you are not satisfied with your watch, you can return it within 15 days of delivery. If the watch you received is defective, we are happy to replace it for you at no cost. Please refer to our warranty policy. To arrange a return, please email us at:
To be eligible for a return, your watch must be unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must have its original tags and protective stickers attached, and be in its original packaging including manuals, certificates and cards. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return a watch not purchased from our online store, please refer to the original place of purchase.
Returns are not accepted for crowd-funded orders, orders placed during a sale, or orders with a promo code applied to it.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping the package to our returns warehouse.
Please note that you are responsible for the returned package before it is delivered back to our warehouse. You should pack the items securely in bubble wrap, or in a padded box to prevent damage. We also recommend using an insured postal service for shipping. We will not be responsible for lost packages.
If the watch was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will receive a gift certificate via email.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you directly, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
Refunds will be less a flat fee of $25, to cover initial shipping, inspection and restocking.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two to three weeks.
